This role is a replacement to ensure business continuity for the Senior Commercial Sales Manager position within the Sales & Project Management function for Compression, covering the Middle East & Asia Pacific region. The position is critical for managing the commercial lifecycle of sales opportunities, directly supporting regional business objectives through effective contract and proposal management. To address this need, the role is structured around three core areas: leadership of the commercial bid and proposal process, strategic contract negotiation and execution, and team management with a focus on process improvement.
