You will lead the commercial development of major competitive tenders during the pre-contract phase, overseeing pricing strategy, cost estimation, procurement inputs, and overall bid competitiveness. The role requires strong regional experience in infrastructure or engineering consultancy environments, with proven expertise in developing compliant, competitive, and profitable proposals in line with company policies and market conditions.
