Drive complex deal closure by reviewing, advising, and negotiating a variety of sales agreements, including enterprise commercial licenses (SaaS and On-Prem), data processing agreements (GDPR, CCPA), professional services, channel partner, non-disclosure, and strategic commercial partnerships.
Partner cross-functionally with business teams such as procurement, sales, deal desk, finance, and security to accelerate transaction closure and optimize deal terms.
Lead process optimization and related policies for contracts through the use of AI and other automation tools to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Identify and resolve Legal and regulatory issues related to commercial contracts.
