RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Be the lead legal point of contact and trusted business partner to the European sales teams and other key business stakeholders.Provide strategic legal advice regarding all aspects of the contracting life cycle, and run legal negotiations end-to-end.Advise on legislative changes and suitable implementation of new processes across the business in order to comply with such changes.Build close cross-functional relationships with stakeholders of all levels in supported business operations and obtain and maintain a solid knowledge of the products, services and objectives of those operations.
