• Develop construction and major operations contracting and procurement plan and schedule including establishing milestones, engineering design timing requirements, tracking progress, and working with suppliers and contractors to minimize costs & risk and maximize supply reliability & quality;
• Lead construction competitive RFP process, develop performance and evaluation criteria, negotiate and award contracts, and evaluate suppliers and contractors’ performance during construction;
• Lead the preparation of major contract documents with support from legal, engineering, construction and operations teams;
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure an efficient response to support development team on pricing input as required in various market;
