Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive deal support, efficiently triaging and managing various deal types in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Own and drive the successful delivery of improvements to both manual and automated commercial processes.
- Partner effectively with key stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering to enhance internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead data-driven analyses to provide actionable insights and influence key business outcomes.
- Manage case queues and fulfill reporting responsibilities with a strong program management mindset.
