Responsibilities (English)

• Analyze the behavior of customers with short-, medium-, and long-term delinquencies to identify opportunities for improvement
• Create and refine data-driven collections policies to reduce risk and increase recovery
• Use SQL and Python to extract insights and generate strategic reports
• Explain to the business and sales teams why analytical strategies work and demonstrate the value of the solutions
• Work closely with the Data Science and Operations teams

What we're looking for (English)

• Previous experience with data analysis focused on collections or credit risk
• Proficiency in SQL, Big Query, and Python
