Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze trauma patient records in the inpatient department Assign accurate ICD codes and DRG grouping for trauma cases Ensure proper documentation for injuries, procedures, and treatments Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for missing or unclear information Maintain compliance with hospital policies and coding guidelines Handle audits and ensure error-free billing for trauma cases Generate reports related to trauma admissions and outcomes
