Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for precision components.
Define machining workflows, cutting parameters, tooling solutions, and fixture concepts.
Lead new product trial production, process validation, and mass production introduction.
Analyze and resolve machining quality, efficiency, and yield issues.
