NUH is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated senior Trust Grade doctor or above to support our neurosurgical department. This placement is for 12 months initially but may be extended.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain excellent experience in neurosurgery. The post holder will be part of a team including run through trainees as well as other trust grade doctors. You will work closely with consultants, other junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams. The post holder will be part of an on call rota at QMC.
The post holder will support various aspects of this busy service, with a commitment to the out of hours rota. The daytime role will include cover of the neurosurgical wards, clinics, pre-admissions and theatres. These duties are allocated on a weekly basis.
