The Opportunity
Dedicated role in support of one large customer in the West Customer Unit, providing administrative support and customer service. Works with the Account Team, Account Executive, and other internal partners to manage the customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall accountability for: customer requests, leading projects, providing alternative solutions, consults where appropriate, identifies possible plan design alternatives, acts as a liaison between the customer and internal MetLife teams and collaborates for problem troubleshooting and resolution.
* Provides exceptional customer service to support ongoing customer delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Leads, participates, and drives resolutions where applicable in both customer- and internal-facing presentations and meetings.
