Role Overview
The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing a technical domain (billing, finance, communications, etc.) for client projects, either migrating onto our Kraken platform or managing long‑term technology requirements.
The role involves partnering with Kraken’s technology and operational teams as well as the client to deliver results and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Managing the relationship with client counterparts (product owners and business owners).
- Being the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation and resolution point for customers with specific domain/product issues.
- Serving as the knowledge base for how Kraken works and how we deliver the Kraken platform.
- Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally.
