Summary
The Senior Client Advisor oversees the client advisor team in partnership with store leadership, contributes to store sales and KPI achievement, and delivers a memorable, sophisticated experience to clients. This role supports team development and daily operations while upholding brand standards and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the client advisor team to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Train new advisors and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Deliver outstanding client and after‑sale service, building and maintaining client relationships and portfolios.
- Drive performance and business growth through proactive selling, KPI focus, and use of available tools.
