You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering. Ideally, you will be a member of a relevant engineering institution and actively working towards your chartership, if not already chartered.

Drawing from your civil engineering experience in the water industry, you will, as part of a team, work on projects from needs identification and feasibility, through to outline and detailed design.
