Senior Engineers make up the body of the engineering department and are responsible for carrying out the day-to-day developments of the design through the design process.
The Senior Engineer is fundamentally a hands-on analysis and design-based role within the C&S department that generally includes interfacing with other engineering disciplines in the project design team.
Responsibilities
Preparation of design documentation throughout the design process
Development of designs to satisfy technical specifications
Prepare supporting design calculations to substantiate design
Preparation of technical specifications
Preparation of risk assessments, technical files and other technical documentation required by safety legislation and procedures
