**SENIOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST – Business Transformation Office**

ICF is seeking an experienced **Senior Change Management Specialist** to join our **Business Transformation Office (BTO)** — a central team driving strategic corporate initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner with operational, technical, and functional leaders to design and implement change strategies that drive adoption, alignment, and long-term success across the organization.

This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and contribute directly to ICF’s corporate transformation journey.

**This position is based out of our Reston, Virginia headquarters and follows a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation of working on‑site several days per week and the remainder remotely.**
