Specific responsibilities for the Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant position include:  

• Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technologies, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring adoption and value realization from technology initiatives.  

• Quickly become familiar with client business challenges, technologies, and AI use cases to understand the environment for change and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading enterprise change efforts.  

• Build strong relationships with clients, including sponsors and other project stakeholders.  

• Develop comprehensive, AI-informed change management strategies encompassing communication, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, learning, and measurement, with clear dependencies and success metrics defined. ...
