Position Overview
To assist the Conference & Events Operations Manager and the Operations Management team in the daily management of the Conference & Events Department. Ensuring compliance to all Policies and Procedures.
- Performs duties in line with Conference and Events Operational Standard Operating Procedures. Complies with all Conference and Events and relevant hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensure all team members follow the company’s code of conduct. This includes the following of the company’s policies, procedures and Health and Safety requirements.
- Complies with and applies all Human Resources procedures and policies in the Management of team members, reporting all defects to the Conference and Events Management team.
- Ensuring all Royal Garden Hotel / Goodwood Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times.
