Our client is an iconic Global Retail brand with a strong foothold in the industry. They are seeking a Senior Category Manager to drive commercial growth and category performance across a portfolio of brands through strategic planning. They would be pivotal in shaping category strategy, leading commercial negotiations, and delivering initiatives to maximize profitability and market share. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and commercial performance data to drive growth and profitability. Manage and grow strategic partnerships with key brand principals and suppliers through joint business planning and commercial negotiations. Oversee category performance across channels. Lead assortment and launch planning processes to optimize product mix, pricing architecture, and lifecycle management. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category initiatives and forecasting plans.
