[What the role is]

We are seeking an empathetic Career Coach who is passionate about partnering individuals in their job search journey, working with them to improve their career health and employability. Given the span of jobseekers approaching Careers Connect for employment facilitation, the Career Coach will be expected to personalise the career interventions and case manage each jobseeker assigned.

Career Development and Job Search

• Guide jobseekers through Workforce Singapore’s career resources and services.
• Provide career, skills and training advisory for various worker segment, life stages and levels.
• Advocate to public on the importance of career health and work-life planning to stay resilience and establish equilibrium.
• Apply and adapt advanced counselling, coaching and facilitation techniques for career development to assist jobseekers in overcoming challenges.
