Senior Care Assistant

Your World is looking for an experienced Band 3 HCA to work within an outstanding Residential Unit in Smethwick on a locum basis.

You will be joining an exciting and motivated team within a successful Residential Unit in the fantastic area of Smethwick.

Are you the ideal candidate?

The role includes providing leadership to a small team to ensure that person-centred care is delivered to meet the individual needs and expectations of the service users and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Other requirements include:

- Possess level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification.

- Have experience working as a Senior Care Assistant.

- Experience in medication management.

- Be trained in First Aid and Moving and Handling.

- Possess an Enhanced Adults DBS check.
