Position Overview
Train new US and international technicians on utilizing iRhythm’s proprietary Quality Analysis tool(s) to ensure clinical accuracy of output for clinicians. Instruct new hires on arrhythmia recognition and interpretation strategy. Lead advanced level courses to upskill current technicians in Clinical Operations. Design lesson plans and/or curricula, create training materials, and utilize a variety of training methods emphasizing adult learning methodologies. Collaborate with Systems Engineering to execute training for new software releases. Apply instructional design/adult learning principles to deliver superior learners’ experience. Be a liaison to the management team, QA team, Coaches, and Clinical Scholars.. Take ownership of personal/professional development.
