Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements and budgets.

• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.

• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and inventory documentation.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with demand planning and forecasting.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 12 years’ experience as a Buyer within the construction or residential development industry.
