HireArt is helping our client find a Senior Business Systems Manager to lead the architecture of its corporate data ecosystem. In this role, you’ll design and manage a scalable, integrated data environment that connects finance, HR, and planning systems to provide a unified, real-time view of global operations. You’ll ensure systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Workday, and Pigment are seamlessly integrated, enabling accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across core enterprise systems, including Oracle NetSuite (ERP), Workday (HRIS), and Pigment (FP&A).
• Develop and manage data pipelines and API-driven architectures to ensure data integrity and real-time synchronization.
