Position Overview
Join our regional Technology Hub – Customer Centricity team, where you will play a key role in driving digital, customer-centric enablement across ASEAN. In this role, you will partner closely with business units across multiple countries to design and deliver impactful digital solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support commercial growth.
You will take full ownership of solutions end-to-end—from requirements gathering through implementation to post-go-live support—acting as a trusted advisor to business users while collaborating with regional and local IT teams, as well as external vendors.
