About the role
As a Senior Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and executives to align people strategies with business priorities. You’ll lead impactful conversations, provide clear and balanced advice, and help drive performance, culture, and capability across your portfolio.
Key areas of focus include:
- Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping and delivering people plans aligned to ASB’s strategy
- Leading organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to enable business outcomes
- Coaching and influencing leaders on performance, engagement, and employee relations
- Leading and embedding change initiatives, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and adoption
- Using data and insights to inform decision-making and solve complex business problems
- Partnering with Centres of Excellence to design and deliver scalable, high-impact people initiatives
