**DESCRIPTION**
Acosta is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead strategic growth for our dedicated Campbell team within the Convenience (C-Store) channel. This role calls on retail headquarters and works directly with Buyers, Category Managers, and key decision-makers to drive category growth, expand distribution, and deliver best-in-class execution.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Own and deliver volume, market share, and revenue growth across assigned Campbell brands
* Lead category strategies including assortment, pricing, shelving, and promotions
* Analyze sales, trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities
* Optimize plans to maximize performance and revenue
* Serve as the primary contact with retail headquarters and key decision-makers
* Build strong relationships with Buyers and Category Managers
* Lead presentations, line reviews, and business planning sessions
