Job Duties
- Lead and align Key Account strategy with country priorities, ensuring achievement of CSI/MNC/SBC targets and overall budget.
- Plan, manage, and develop a portfolio of strategic customer accounts to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with global/regional stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and support key customer development.
- Coach and support Key Account teams through account planning, customer engagement, and capability building.
- Facilitate sales excellence by driving relevant training, best practices, and expert community participation.
- Organize and contribute to internal and external events to strengthen industry presence and customer relationships.
