- Support overall business development and project execution activities - Conduct various market research activities (e.g. rental and property price surveys by area, tenant research) - Assist in feasibility studies and evaluation for new projects - Obtain and manage weekly sales reports, including visitor and buyer feedback/interview information - Handle daily inquiries and coordination with partner companies - Participate in regular construction meetings (mainly conducted in Thai) and report construction progress and key topics - Research newly launched properties and collect brochures and related materials - Prepare meeting minutes and related documentation - Other assigned tasks by report line ※Daily communication with partner companies will be conducted in English and Thai.
