Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized IT solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, etc.).
- Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development (preferably IT solutions or consulting).
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, IBM, Boomi,...
