The Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) plays a key role in supporting consultants on large and strategic leads while overseeing and guiding the Business Development team to ensure timely delivery of outputs and proposals. The SBDM is responsible for developing sales strategies, meeting prospective clients alongside consultants, setting clear action plans, and driving new business growth within the health insurance segment. The role includes presenting and promoting health insurance products, negotiating terms and pricing with insurers, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
