Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:-
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Break-Fix, AMC, FMS, and Managed Services across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Position and promote managed service delivery models leveraging platforms such as ManageEngine, Sapphire, and other monitoring/automation tools. Identify, qualify, and close large multi-year service opportunities. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals. Enterprise Customer Engagement:
Engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders including CIOs, IT Leaders, Infrastructure Heads, and Procurement teams. Present service capabilities, workflow automation, SLA frameworks, dashboards, and ROI-based value propositions.
