Documentation Excellence:
Lead the creation of high-quality
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
for custom developments.
Gap Analysis:
Conduct deep-dive analysis between 'Out-of-the-Box' T24 capabilities and client-specific needs, proposing sustainable workarounds that align with project scope.
System Configuration:
Define and validate customization needs manage static and semi-static data definitions to ensure a seamless core banking implementation.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee functional testing and provide expert support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution integrity.
Process Optimization:
Analyze existing client workflows and recommend global best practices to maximize the ROI of the Temenos suite....
