Job Description:
Partner to support process enhancements and key program interventions. Lead and guide project teams to transform, develop, and implement initiatives designed to support people, business, and technology change impacts, ensuring effective adoption. Develop, deliver, and coordinate organizational change management activities including stakeholder management, sponsorship, communications, training, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership, organizational design and effectiveness, business transformation, and culture initiatives. Provide strategy and change management thought leadership to executives, sponsors, clients, and business owners. Support the integration of Organizational Change Management into initiative approaches and methodologies.
