Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing knowledge of ERP architecture to identify changes/additions to system interfaces, functional behavior and data requirements.
- Working with customers to define requirements and ensuring they are in line with system guidelines.
- Analyzing functional requirements and leading cross-functional team meetings to resolve business or systems issues.
- Documenting business requirements and system specifications.
- Translating business needs into system requirements, reviewing with development team for design and development.
