Position Overview
- of solid experience in business analysis and 5 years in a senior business analysis role
- experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector
- experience in designing and documenting business processes
- experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications
- Good exposure in account / sales management, government procurement process, and contract lifecycle management or equivalent
- Good understanding of ADB development process is an advantage
- Must be conversant with project management lifecycle and systems development cycle
- Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall Methodology
- Knowledgeable in using Azure Dev Ops on managing iterations and building user stories and relevant supporting documents
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Technology Stack such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI
- Relevant experience in ITIL Best Practices
