Business analysis:
Scope definition and/or gap analysis for features as prioritized by the Blueprint Committee or the Change Prioritisation Committee.Identification of key stakeholders who are required to ensure thorough and accurate analysis.Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders across the business to define detailed business requirements and business rules with the aim of distinguishing user requests from true business needs.Business process definition using BPMN to ensure that the Operations team are enabled to create the required Standard Operating Procedures.Identification of risks and issues and raising these timeously with the ...
