**Position Summary**
The HR Solutions Senior Business Analyst is a strategic member of the Corporate IT - Business Operations Technology team responsible for driving HR process excellence through technology and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with HRIS team, IT, and HR business stakeholders to translate organizational needs into effective system solutions that enable scalable, efficient, and compliant HR operations.
This individual will lead system configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement efforts while ensuring the HCM systems align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the HR business and their processes. This role requires strong IT expertise, including solution design, integrations, data management, and platform administration, along with hands-on experience in HCM solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Dayforce.
