Position Overview
Salary is 150k to 200k + bonus
- As a Sr. Business Analyst, lead analysis and improvement of end-to-end broker-dealer workflows, spanning trade execution through post-trade operations and client servicing.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Partner with stakeholders across Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering to identify gaps, strengthen controls, and enhance process efficiency.
- Utilize strong technical skills, including SQL, APIs, and data mapping, to define and validate source-to-target data flows and support system integrations.
- Support Agile delivery by contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and release readiness.
