ABOUT THE ROLE
This role reports into the Manager, Solution Delivery who’s responsible for supervision and project work and dotted line reports into Manager, Technology Project Office who is responsible for giving guidance on ways of working, best practice and BA effectiveness. The Senior Business Analyst’s focus is to lead the discovery of customer and business needs, analyse and document requirements, then communicate these to architects, developers and testers and provide support so solutions that achieve our goals and deliver the best business outcomes can be built.
