As a Senior Practitioner within KiwiRail’s Design & Analysis Practice, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, customer experience, and technology. Your focus will be on helping KiwiRail solve complex business problems by leading discovery, designing end‑to‑end services and processes, and providing clear, evidence‑based recommendations that drive meaningful outcomes.
