Senior Business Analysis Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the Business Analysis Function: Oversee and mentor a team of business analysts, championing the use of data and analytics across all departments to drive performance and strategic alignment.Deliver Strategic Insights: Convert raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics (predictive, prescriptive, diagnostic, and descriptive) to inform decisions on investment, process improvements, and growth opportunities.Appraise Projects & Investments: Evaluate business cases using financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, Payback Period, and ROI, providing decision-makers with clear, data-backed recommendations.
