Position Overview
The role
We’re looking for a Senior Building Surveyor, to join the London Building Surveying team based at our Cannon Street head office. There will be a strong emphasis on core traditional building surveying duties and for project work across multiple sectors, as well as a full range of professional work and working on a variety of client accounts.
Key deliverables
Working within the building surveying team to provide the high-quality core building surveying services with a bias towards contract administration of refurbishment work on all types of propertiesDeliver fee income commensurate with roleAssist with the development of new building consultancy opportunitiesContribute to the management of the client base to deliver financial goalsComply with Cluttons’ policies and management systemsProvide accurate management information to the Partner(s) as requiredContribute to Graduate development
