Senior Building Control Surveyor
Location: Oldham (Hybrid working available)
Contract: 12 Month Contract
Rate: Circa £60 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Oldham Council are seeking an experienced Senior Building Control Surveyor to join their Building Control team on a 12-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy local authority service delivering a wide range of building control functions across residential and commercial developments.
You will play a key role in ensuring building work complies with current regulations and safety standards while supporting the delivery of a high-quality regulatory service to developers, contractors, and residents.
