Ring is seeking an AI-native Senior Builder to join our team to develop new device experiences that help make neighborhoods safer. This role unifies technical product management with full-stack development and spans app, cloud, and device firmware. You will ideate and validate feature concepts with automated data analysis, build functional prototypes, accelerate engineering delivery with AI-coding tools, and set the AI-native systems and standards other Builders across Ring adopt. You'll have end-to-end ownership from ideation to production launch, leading multi-contributor workstreams that span teams and functions. The ideal candidate is AI-first, analytically driven, operates with independent judgment on behalf of the business, and develops other Builders.
