Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Broker / Brokerage Lead to oversee Greenzones brokerage operations. This role is responsible for managing and mentoring brokers overseeing deal quality and execution and building repeatable brokerage processes . This is a leadership role for someone who understands the Abu Dhabi market deeply and can balance hands-on deal oversight with team development and performance management .

Key Responsibilities

Brokerage Leadership & Oversight

• Oversee all brokerage transactions (leasing buy & sell) to ensure quality compliance and professionalism
• Provide deal guidance pricing strategy and negotiation support to brokers and agents
• Review and approve deals prior to closing

Team Management & Training

• Manage mentor and support brokers and agents
