SUMMARY:
Our well- established and growing client in the national franchise/ restaurant space, is seeking a commercially astute and operationally strong Senior Brand Operations Lead to drive and grow its Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Brand across South Africa.
This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced professional who understands multi-site operations and the ability to build a profitable, sustainable brand.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a senior multi-site or franchise management role within the restaurant, FMCG /retail or hospitality sector
• QSR/Fast Food exposure
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and P&L accountability
