Position Overview
Senior Bookkeeper needed with my client in the Financial Sector in Fourways.Minimum requirements:
- BCOM or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll, preferably within an accounting firm environment
- Full bookkeeping function and to be able to work on multiple client books
- Proficiency in accounting software: Xero, Sage Online, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
- Proficiency in payroll software: SimplePay, VIP, and Sage Pastel Payroll
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll legislation, and statutory compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, including capturing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing ledgers.
