Position Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outer-space-themed amusement park in the heart of London. This is a standalone role which is mainly REMOTE (up to 1 day every week on-site).
Reporting to the CFO who is based abroad, the primary responsibilities include managing both accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices against purchase orders and reconciling incoming payments and outgoing payments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Accounts payable and receivable - record A/P invoices and reconcile to existing purchase order, reconcile incoming payments. Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and intercompany accounts. Initiate payment approval cycle and execute accordingly.
