Will be required to do the bookkeeping for 15 companies in the Group, including processing and reviewing books to trial balance and management reporting, VAT and PAYE calculations and submissions, and preparation for annual year end and annual financial statements.
Duties & Responsibilities Invoicing Process Petty Cash and reconcile Cash on hand Manage the fixed asset register Maintain depreciation of fixed asset register Capture opening balance adjustments from yearend completed Ensure that all income statements and balance sheet items are balanced monthly Process bank recons, intercompany loans, Debtors, Creditors, Petty Cash, Interest, Salaries, and depreciation Prepare Management Accounts VAT recons Reconcile Vatable turnover to Trial Balance Assist with VAT audits and verifications Process monthly Payroll Journals and submit PAYE returns Prepare weekly / monthly cash flows Load payments and salary transfers Instruct Creditors Clerks to load payments and captu...
